NARA® Bloc
Allergen-free rodent Monitoring
Allergen management has become a major issue in many food companies. NARA® is the first allergen-free monitor designed specifically for this purpose.
Legislation as well as various food standards prohibit the use of anticoagulants for monitoring purposes. Only after rodent activity is detected, anticoagulants may be used under strict restrictions. Conventional monitoring devices have the decisive disadvantage that they serve as food for rodents and allow them to survive longer and keep reproducing. Furthermore, when used in humid areas, most conventional monitors will mould when wet or cleaned. In other areas, they are often attacked by other organisms, such as flour beetles, cockroaches, silverfish, moths, ants, or snails.
NARA® Bloc was designed to identify rodents by examining the bites mars on the NARA® Bloc. With a durability of 3 to 12 months, it achieves top results in the toughest environments. Nowadays, professionals use NARA® for any food or pharmaceutical company. In addition, large nature reserves (e.g. New Zealand) trust NARA® as a professional and durable alternative for the highest monitoring requirements (see "Press and Engagement section" for tests and reports).
The Best Product Award 2015 has emphatically shown that the demand for a solution like NARA® is increasing more and more and as experts, we are happy to offer you NARA® as a high-quality monitoring solution on which you can rely, regardless of the environment.
